Michael Baksa is a Cape Cod native, master goldsmith and meticulous craftsman who apprenticed and began his craft 37 years ago with Greenwich Village goldsmith Bernard Kelly. Michael's jewelry designs are inspired by his love of color and crystalline form that he finds in the gemstones he works with. Each piece of jewelry is designed and fabricated entirely by Michael. He hand picks the highest grade natural gemstones from the thousands of gems and pearls brought directly from the mines and pearl farms by his longtime gem associates from all parts of the globe. Crafted from 100% recycled gold, every design is a true "studio piece" and one of a kind.

Teresa Baksa is a graduate of Montserrat College of Art and Harvard University. Her inspiration originates in the colors, light, and sensations of nature and life. She interprets landscape and figurative elements in a simplified manner to create very personal imagery that is imaginative and felt. Her preferred mediums are oil, watercolor and pastel.

Baksa Studio is a working studio/gallery located on Cape Cod, Massachusetts at 766 Route 6a in Dennis for nearly thirty years. The gallery is located in a white Victorian house just down the street from the Cape Playhouse, Cape Cod Museum of Art and the Cape Cinema. At our gallery, we have a large collection of Michael and Teresa's work. Our website is but a sampling of our artwork.
